Following the brilliance pathway

After listening to Dr. Alan Watkins and his advises about how to train your “everyday brilliance” start by training this kind of breathing:

Inhale in 3-5 seconds and mentally say to your heart : Thanks ! !

Exhale in more than 15 seconds (as longer as better) and mentally say  to your heart : I ……love…… you !

As longer your exhalation duration is as better the heart coherence (HRV); other effects of this kind of breathing are:

  1. pH will be perfectly stabilised in the neutral optimum range and
  2. all blood vessels are perfectly opening, thus blood pressure will be at average 120/70 +/- 5%
  3. chronic diseases are starting to heal
  4. pain is fading up to final relief
